Meet Your Coach
I am a crunchy-ish homeschool mom of four (two girls & 2 boys) who loves to lift heavy to Taylor Swift in my garage gym. I have a slight obsession with chocolate chips, protein pancakes and cold brew coffee (best all served together!) and a blue-nose pit named, Mowgli, who is the friendliest junk-yard dog ever.
I'm a former endurance junkie and have run dozens of ultra marathons, including The Badwater 135 (2x) and Western States 100. I also dabbled in Crossfit for a while and competed at the Regional level (back when that was a thing), until I fnally decided that I was burnt out and tired of feeling like shit on a daily basis.
Now my mission is to inspire other women find balance with fitness and nutrition and show them they don't have to do hours of cardio each day, crush themsleves in the gym or follow super restrictive diets to build a body they're proud of.
